Copyright & Takedown
Last updated: October 21, 2026.
Football Club Menu is an unofficial editorial project. We are not affiliated with the NFL, NCAA, MLS, any club, or any stadium concessions operator, and we claim no ownership of team names, logos, or trademarks. Stadium photos are republished from Wikimedia Commons under the licence each uploader chose, with attribution on the page; AI-generated illustrations are produced in-house and labelled as such. Menu facts are rewritten from public sources, not copied from them.
Reporting a concern
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with a notice that includes all of the following — a complete notice lets us act on the first pass:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say was infringed (a URL is enough if it is your own published work).
- Identification of the material on this site you want removed, with the exact page URL.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf — made under penalty of perjury.
What happens next
Valid notices are normally actioned within a few business days: the material is removed or the credit corrected, and you get a confirmation. If you published the material yourself and want credit instead of removal — for example a Wikimedia Commons upload — say so in your email and we will add or fix the attribution rather than delete the image.
If your material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action within the period the law allows.
Repeat infringers
We do not operate user accounts, uploads, or comments, so there is no way for visitors to post material to this site. Repeat-infringer policy therefore applies to our own publishing: if the same source repeatedly supplies material that fails this process, we stop using that source.
Please note that knowingly submitting a materially false takedown notice can expose the sender to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
